There are many stages of brain development of kids according to their age. As soon as kids grow their needs, requirements changes. Kids attracts towards gadgets and television (TV) because they see daily new things in it. Many parents also think that by engaging their kids in mobile gadgets or video games will keep them busy and will not disturb them. But watching too much of TV, playing games and using mobile gadgets slowly becomes hurdle for their brain growth or they also suffer with many health issues. Serve Complete Food
Milk is a complete food for human organism as it contains all kinds of nutrients for body growth as well as brain development. For infants, mother’s milk constitutes a complete diet and for kids between the age group of 2-8 it is a wholesome meal by itself. It can be served along with powdered food containing proteins, carbs, fats help them for their development. Serve milk twice a day to your kids is recommended. Use different flavors and brands of nutrient powder for the milk so that your kids will not get bored and their won’t be deficient in any essential nutrients.
Avoid Junk Food

Vaccinated Your Kids
When a kid get sick then its impact directly be on their mind. You need to be consult with pediatrician to get vaccination chart and follow it so that your child will be safe with some illness which we can be avoid by planned vaccinations. Follow the vaccination chart strictly and on time.
Routine Check-up
Get your kids routine check-up with your doctor. If you feel that there are some kinds of behavior changes (mentally or physically) in your child’s routine then consult with pediatricians. Do some check-ups it may be possible that due to some nutrition deficiency they are behaving like it. If you will avoid it then it may be a big hurdle in they physical as well as mental growth.

Train Toddlers in Sensory Activity
Sending and receiving information to kids mind to check they are fine tuning the use of their senses. It helps them to learn more about their surrounding. These hands-on activities and sensory play are a great way to get your kid's brain working. Encourage this exploration by engaging their senses with interesting colors, music, foods, textures and music. Provide a diversity of sensory experiences and encouraging sensory exploration at this time. Spend enough time with your family. Plan holiday/vacations trips with your family and kids at least twice a year. It will make them update about the new places and increase their knowledge. Talk with them, ask about their day. If they are facing any problem (may be in study) then help them to resolve their issues. All these activities will make them happy, they will feel secure. It will help them to make them mentally healthy; it will help in their healthier growth.
